Ottawa Restaurant Embraces Pronoun Buttons, Takes Inclusion To Next Level

Pure Kitchen is the first restaurant in Ottawa to introduce pronoun buttons in an effort to be more inclusive of trans and non-binary people. "Staff are encouraged to wear one if they want to," Tara Porter, the restaurant's community outreach coordinator, told HuffPost Canada. "It is acceptable as part of their uniform now."
